T2 Requests thread channel: #tier2-request

1. Enter a thread.
2. If directions for t2 requesting has been followed—pinned in #tier2-request—proceed with steps. Else, inform the poster to review the directions.
3. Judge if the game meets standards for Temp-T2, pinned in #tier2-request
4. If met, request temp t2 for the game in #admin-action and log your action in #modd-log and on the t2 spreadsheet in the same format as previous logs. If not met, inform the requester as to why.
5. Archive the thread.
